Effects of different cultivation modes on P . cablin seedlings growth，medicinal materials yield and quality wereanalyzed.esult]Undertheseultureevironmetandutrientsolution，theplantletgrewfstethancotrolanddhigriologicalyieldsinaropcsdropsuliatio4drplatingteagightofplantletinropocsuiatis timesofontrol’s，ndeumberofranchsis.1isofotrol;thfreshweightperlantofothhdroponsndropoisasig erthan that of the control;the volatile oil content of P .cablin in aeroponics cultivation was 0.3447% ，and the content of patchoulol，which is the key compound in P .cablin，was 49.30% .[Conclusion] The aerosol cultivation method has a significant promoting efect on the growth of P cablin，adalitfodudalateaislatoatfliatioellihlfut developed and applied to the cultivation and production of Chinese medicinal materials such as P .cablin.
