油菜EMS处理后田间表现多样性分析

AbstractInoertoivestigatethifuenceofylthylsultanate(EM)reamentsoeritsofasicanapusL,eetimumconditionsforEMSagenesis,andstudythetraitmanifestationsofBrasicanapusL.mutants,thevarietyGanyouzaNo.8supliedby JiangxiAcadeyofgculuraliencsasuedatstatealeergeceatsintfdftertreamentitditEo centrations ( 0.50% , 0.75% , 1.00% , 1.25% , 1.50% ) were compared,and the agronomic traits after germination were observed and analyzed.ThersultssowedthattegenationateofBrasicnapusLsedsdecreasdwithteincreaseofEMSconceraioAndteate approached the semi lethal rate at 1.00% EMS,which can provide a reference for future mutagenesis experiments.After EMS treatment,there wererichvartsgoicisofsiausLineleoentofatioofghtidatssuchslathgt, branch height and silique length rangd from 21.11% to 47.04% ,with an average of 32.82% . Among them,the coeffcient of variation of the effectivesliqueiiniflosatestItiomeedelctasicnusLretsirittatld suchashigherplantandbranchhights,longerftivelengtofaniforescenes,ndalrgernumberofectivesilqueineain inflorescence and grains per silique.
