光质和光强对雪茄茄衣烟叶晾制过程中颜色和组织结构的影响

Effct of Light Quality and Light Intensities on Quality of Cigar Wrapper Tobacco Leaves During Drying

AbstractLightnotonlyaectsthesythesisanddecompositionofpigments,utalsofectstheappearanceandcoloroftobaoleaves. However,thereisalackofresearhonfctsoflightonthequalityofigarleavesduringdrying.CigarCX26wasusedasmaterialinthis study,anddiferentlghtquality(conventoaluring(K),edlight(R3O),ellwlight(Y3O)bluelight(B3O),renlght(G30), whitelight(W30))andlightintensies(whitelightwith5(W5),10(W10),15(W15),20(W20),30W(W30))wereset,tostudy theefectsofachtreatentonthecolorchange,pigmentcontets,structureandqualtyofcigartobacolavesduringtedryingpe. Resutsindicatedtatlightqualitycouldacceleratethetuingtoyellowandbrown,andincreasethebrowingindexoftobacolavesTe browning index of R30 and B30 was 80.0% and 63.7% ,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments. Appropriatelightntesity(W5)candepentheoloroftobacoleavsAfterdrying,thetotalcolordierecevaueoftobacoleavestreatedwith W15 was ΔE 25.3,and its color value L* , a* and b* were 47.5,9.6 and 30.2,respectively,which were higher than other treatments. Comparedwithoventoaldying,teccuulatioofDwasincreasedbygtreamentandireasedwiththireaseoflghtitesity.Lightreatmentacceleratedtheatrohyoftobaccoleavesandrducedteticknessofleafsurface,palisadetisseandspogissue.
