AbstractThispapersudedtefectsofentoiteandoarwitdiereonolitecontentsonteactivityofposposelated enzmes,pospousalabilitlantpospousbsorptiondplntoassindndsilatftpropoos.elssd thatthecombinedaplicatiooftetwoouldsignificantlyincreasesoilposphorus-relatedeeactivityadpospousavalabilityas wellasplantpspusabsotionandplntdryeight,andtereasasignificantiteractionbtweenmonoloiteontentadicr application amount. The best effct was achieved when the montmorilonite content in bentonite was 83.5% and the biochar application amount was 1200kg/hm2 .Redundancyanalysis showed that organic carbon was the most important factor afecting plant phosphorusabsorption,and thecoelaionetwnactivityandsolproprisastestrongestTestructuraluationodelshoedtatteiceaseialie phosphataseactivityselatedtoochar,teicreaseiacidpospataseactivityasrelatedtobentoitendteicreaseintaseand phosphodiesteraseactieswasrelatedtoothbiochaandbentonite;HYandALPadsignificantposiefetsonavalablepospos contentandplantposporusabsorptio.Tesersultsshowedthatthecombinedaplicatioofbentoiteandbocharcouldimprovoilpos phorussupplycapacitybyincreasingALPandPYactivitiesinsandysoil,withbiocarmakingtegeatestcontributionReasoablesel tionof the montmorilloitecontentand biocharapplicationamount in bentonitecould more efectivelyincreaseplantbiomass.
