AbstractThereclamationofopenpitdumpinloessarahasorsoilandlimitedplantgrowth.Inodertonvestigatewhethermcobialagentscancopatewiteapatofgaicferlietoiproveesoilqualityndplantgrowthharacteristsoflaatioite dumpinthisstudy,therclamationmodelofophoraflescensinthedumpofWujataopen-pitcoalmineinInnerMongoliaastakeasthe researchojectFeldtstetdasdoptedtoalyttgrowdtrntacteristcs,oltrntdteiatiodeatio ship analysis.The functional properties of S :flavescens root and the response of soil to diferent organic fertilizers were investigated under the mediationofmicrobialmicrobialagentintheminedumpinloessarea.Theresultsshowthat:Mediatedbymicrobialagents,thenumberof rotsaddryandetroteighticeasdsignifcantlyunderthtreamentofoderateamontoforganicertilier.Properamontofanc fertilizer combined with microbial agent can promote the root growth of S .flavescens. Plant roots were obviously limited by N under the applicationofhighamoutsofoancfertliedepobleofrognltoasimproedbyedatiofcobalagetserowth characteristics of the roots of S .flavescens were closelyrelated tothe nutrient content insoil.Mediatedby microbial agents,the influence pathway of S :flavescens root growth was changed,which was mainly influenced by soil microorganisms.

黄土高原地区煤矿资源丰富,是我国重要的能源基地,同时也是典型生态脆弱地区,煤炭开采加剧了沙漠化和水土流失的进程,加速了生态系统的退化,煤炭开采中形成的大面积露天煤矿排土场,改变了原有地貌,且重构土壤结构性差、养分贫瘠、土壤植被覆盖度低,严重的水土流失导致周边土壤盐渍化和草场退化,极易引发水土流失等生态环境问题[1-3]。(剩余10646字)
