AbstractThecarbonontentrateoftretrunksofsixcostructiveseciesfromdiferentwatershdsanddiferentaltudesaddifeentage groupsinGarzewasmeasuredusingthedryuringmetod,tehangecharacteristcswerenalydtoprovideeferencefortheselectionof treespeciesfoforestationinbonskprjets.esultssowdearbocotentateoftreetrusofthsiostruciespcie were 49. 00% ,51. 54% ,49. 66% ,48. 52% ,47. 60% ,48. 38% respectively in Picea likiangen-sis var.rubescens,Pinus densata,Larix potaninii, Juniperustibeticpuusddnaetulpltyll.aboontentatef retnkasgherantefereevueofican Province,buthediferencewaswithin2.Opercetagepoints.ThcarboncontentrateofreetrunkinteJinshaRiverBasinasgeealy low,withnosignifandierenebetwenitandteYlongRiverasinndtereasasignifantdifreeetweeteDduRivBasin andtheYalongRiverBasinandJinshaRiverBasinTereeresignificantdiferencsintreetrunkcarboncontentateetweenyoungandmiddle-agedadmaueostsdantdieetwddastsdagatkbotst stabilizewithinreasingge.Thresasigifiantdifereebweenteabononttteof ttrnkatlowitudeadmedand highaltituddnfcantdifereeetwemedhaltude,icatingthattearboncotentateoftretrnktestobe stabiliedwitieasigaltideschsulsprovdespifcdafsetigsuiableoresatitrspedprt inclusionperiodsasedodierepoetboundsenaingutcarbnsequestrationaforestatoproectsinGanPreeueite future,maximizing the carbon sequestration of afforestation projects.
