AbstracthtedtyidyisalutenfrasrtallulateditanthacoseathonAotalfrat ments were set up with CK,including 3 chemical agents ( 60% benzoxazole, 25% tebuconazole, 80% mancozeb),3 plant derived agents ( 0.3% matrine , 0.5% chitosan, 10% allicin),and 3 microbial derived agents(1O billion Bacillussubtilis/ billion CFU/g Bacillus polymyxus,20 billion spores/ Bacillusmyloliquefaciens).Theefcacyofvariouspesticides wasasfollows:1Obillionspores/gramofBacilussubtilis (20 (69.78%)>0.3% of matrine (67.06%)>10% of allicin (65.70%)>80% of mancozeb (61,45%)>20 billion spores/gram of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens PQ21 (56.20%)>1 billion CFU/gram of Bacilluspolymyxa (54.37%)>60% ofbenzothiazole (52.03%)>0.5% of chitosan (43.41%)>25% of tebuconazole (35.70% ). All kinds of pesticides had a certain degree of prevention and control effect on bean anthracnose,and 10 billion Bacillus subtilis/ had the best prevention effect. It is recommended to apply it in production practice.
