AbstractBased on the curent status of ratoon rice production in Qianshan City，Anhui Province，the aspects neding improvementwereanalyzed，and itscoresponding industrial development strategies were proposed.Theratoon rice production was incorporated intothe highqualityagricultural development project inthe study area，with a steady increasein planting area.In 2O23，thedemonstrationplanting ofratoon rice Quanyou 822 in Huangpu Townachieveda total yield of 13 609.5kg/hm2 and a profit of 10 341.27 yuan/hm².However，deficiencies were identified in varietal selection，cultivation techniques，brandbuilding level，scaleofoperation，and socializedservices.Toaddress these isues，several countermeasures were proposed：lodging resistant and machine harvestablevarieties werepromoted; optimized sowingand seedling-raising techniques，precision fertilization，integrated“three-preventionand twocontrol”pest management，and simplified mechanical harvesting systems were implemented;regional public brands were established with“threecertifications and one standard”accreditation，and agritourism demonstration parks were developed; new agricultural business entities were fostered，and“one-stop”agricultural machineryservicecooperatives wereestablished to improve the supply and marketing systemandreduce production costs.Thisarticle provides reference for the high-qualitydevelopment of the ratoon rice industryin the research area and similar regions.
