Abstract：Inpracticalaplications，mobilejammingdevicesfaceenergyconstraintsandhighriskofbeingdetectedwhenconductinglong-termcontinuousjamming.Thispaperproposesajointdecisionotimizationmethodforjamming timingandlocationtoaddress thesechallengs.Forthejtoptizationproblem，aui-adbanditagoritisintroducdastefoudatioofpositiogstrat egy，allwingthejammertoleafrommultipleposiblelocatiosaddyaicalldjustitslectionTenthocetofptial stopping isadoptedtodeterminethebestimetoceaseoerations.Simulationresultspresentregretfunctionsundervarioussenarios， as wellascomparisonsofjammingefectivenessuderdiferentenergyconstraints.Comparedwithtraditionalfxedmechanisms，the proposed algorithm achieves superior jamming performance.
