Abstract:Inresponsetodiverseneedsofcommandanddispatchservices,mobilecommand,intellgentcommunication,and multi-standardfusioncommunication,researchonintellgentmultimediacommunicationtechnologybasedonIMultimediaSubsystem (IMS)hasbenconducted.AnintellgentmultimediacommunicationsystembasedonIMShasbeenproposedandthesystemtechnicalarchitectureandaplicatiosenariossig,mediacontrolconferencemiing,videocoferecing,osstworksotdata tlligent voiceandbasicmanagementunitdesignandimplementation,havebeeelaboratedindetail.Thesystemisbasedocritical technologies suchas IMS,automatic speechrecognition,convergedcommunicationandWebReal-TimeCommunication(WebRTC), achieving efectiveintegrationofommunicationsystemsunderdiferentstandardsndnetworkenviroments,unifidcommandanddispatchinterfaces,andfullintegrationofommunicationservices.Ithasbeendemostratedandapliedinmuiplesenariossuchas emergencycommandandpowerdispatch,providingstrongcommuicationsupportforintegatedcomandandintellgentdispath,and effectively improving collaborative command efficiency.
