Abstract:LowEarthOrbit(LEO)satelitebeam-hopping technologylaysthefoundationforflexibleresourcescheduling,andOrthogonalFrequencyDivisionMultiplexing(OFM)technologycanbeterscheduletime-frequencyresours.Atthesametime,thedemandforbusinessvolumehasincreaseddramatically,andthetypesofbusinessarebecomingmoreandmorediversified.Inorderto improvetheQualityofSrvce(QoSofusesiheLEOsatelitesysm,itisnecessrytooptietegraularitofsystmsouces to theuserlevel.Therefore,aresource schedulingandallcationalgorithmforLEOsatelitebeam-hoppingsystmbasedonOFDMis proposed,whichonsiderstheservicerequrementsandlinkconditionsatthebamlevel,uses teParticleSwarmOptimization(PSO) algorithmtoalocatetime,spaceandpowerresources,andalocates time,frequencyandpowerresourcesattheuserlevelacrdingto theuserlevelandQoSrequirements.Comparedwithtraditionalalgorithms,thesystemthroughputisimprovedndtheaveragesystem latency is reduced.
