Abstract:This paperinvestigatesdynamicspectrumallcation strategiesunder theconditionof non-synchronous usageamong low earthorbitmulti-constelations.Itproposesaiterativegme-baseddynamicmatchingalgorithmforidlespectrumamongmultiplelow earthorbitsateliteswitinaognitivediosstem.Tefirstlayeutilisadnamiconoperativegameundercompeteifoatio betweenhighpriorityonstelltionsandlow-prorityconstellaions,rachingacocusiontatspetumsharingstrategyaninease spectrumutilizationbyobtaining Nashequlibrium.Inthesecondlayer,anon-completeinformationbilateralbidingauctiongame modelisconstrucdetnultiplelow-proityonstelationdmadsndidlespecrofgprirityostelliosBbiningthecharacteristicofthegreedyalgoritmthatderivesagobaloptimalsolutionfromlocaloptimalsolutions,significantprovements in idle spectrum utilization rate are achieved in both the time domainand frequency domain.
