Abstract:Forthetreatmentofhighconcentrationofoilywastewaterforpolymerfloodinginofshoreoilfield,eightnonionic polyether water clarfiers with polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide(PEP)block structure were synthesized byusingtriethanolamine,ethanol,glycerol,octadecanolastheinitiatorand ethylene oxide(EO)and propyleneoxide(PO)as the monomers.The structureof the water clarifiers was characterizedbyFTIR,andthe treatment effect was evaluatedbybotletestmethodforhighconcentrationpolymerfloodingoilywastewater.Theresultsshowthatthetreatment efectofeightnon-ionic waterclarifiers isbeterthanthatofcationicflocculantforhighconcentrationpolymerfloodingoily wastewater,and the formed floc is not viscous. The more dosage of TE- 2b ,the longer the processing time,and the higher the temperature,thehighertheoilremovalrate.The moreoiladded,thehighertheoilremovalrate.Whenthedosageof TE-2b is 300 mg/L and the oil is increased to 2% ,the oil removal rate can be increased to 90% .With the increase of polymer content nwastewater,theoilremovalrategraduallydecreases.However,theefectof treatmentintherangeof1OOO mg/Lis not significant,and the oil removal rate can reach more than 70% :
