Abstract:A thermodynamic model for wet steam andflue gas blending and injection processwas constructedaccording to the energyad massconservation principles.The fugacitycoeficients werecalculatedbasedonthe equationof state,and an inhouse code of vapor and liquid flash calculation for three components ( N2 , CO2 and H2O ) was constructed. The code was verified with some two components phase equilibria experimentalresultsandatheory equation.Withthecode,the steamquality and temperatureof thewet steamandfluegasafter blending werecalculated.Itwas found that the steam qualitycan be increasedordecreaseddependentonitsvaluebeforeblending.Thereisathresholdvalueofthesteamquality,which isffected by presure,temperature andfluegascompositions.When the steam qualitybefore blending is lessthanthethreshold value, thesteamqualityafterbending willbeincreased,andwhenthesteamqualityisbiggerthanthethresholdvalu,itwillecrease during blending.Thetemperatureoftheblended mixture willbereduced,andthelowertheinjecting steamquality,thelarger of the blending temperature reduction. The mole fractions of N2 and CO2 in water phase were at around a few thousandths and
will be increased when the injecting steam quality decreases.

注蒸汽过程中掺入烟气,可以增加蒸汽混合物的体积,有利于提高蒸汽驱的波及效率; CO2 溶解于原油和地层水,降低原油黏度和油水界面张力,进而提高采收率;由于烟气的压缩储能作用可以降低油层压力衰减速度、延长采油期进而提高蒸汽吞吐的油汽比。(剩余12148字)
