双层格栅对工业MTO反应器流动特性影响的MP-PIC模拟

Abstract:Thereactorofanindustrialmethanol toolefins(MTO)unitisalarge turbulentfluidizedbedreactorwithadense phase section diameter of 10m ,which has a plate gas distributor at the bottom and double-layer mesh grids in the dense bed. Inthisstudy,MP-PIC(multi-phaseparticle-in-cell)methodwasusedtosimulatethehydrodyamicsofthis inustrialreactorproportionally.Allthe major internalssuch as particledistributors,mesh grids,and cyclone separator groups were consideredinthesimulation,and mainoperating parameters were taken from industrial data to studytheroleof double-layer meshgridsinthereactor.Theresultsshowthattheaveragebeddensityobtainedbysimulation is ingoodagreement withthe actualindustrialdata.Theinstalationofdouble-layermeshgrids increasestheheightofthedensephasebedandreduces the average density of the dense phase bed by 112kg/m3 ,indicating the improvement of the fluidization quality and gas-solid contact effciencyofthedensephasebed.Meshgridscanefectivelylimitthegenerationoflargebubbles inthebed,sothat thedense phase particles above thegridare moreevenlydistributedandthegas-solidmixing is more sufficient.Meanwhile, the axial back-mixing of particles in the dense phase zone of the reactor can be greatly inhibited.
