特高压井口法兰设计及复合载荷下密封性能

Abstract:In viewof thecurrent lack ofdesign guidance for175 MPaUHP(ultra-high pressure)wellhead equipment,the flange structuredimensions with diameters of78mmand18O mmunderworking internal pressureof175MPa weredeterminedbyrefering to the methodfordetermining flange design parameters inAPI6Astandard.Thesealing performanceof the non-standard flange designed wasanalyzed underrated working internal pressreand1.5timesrated working internal pressure,andthe impactof diferent bossizesof the78-175flangeonflange performance wascomparedandanalyzed.Refering totheleakagecurveof thecompositeloadintheAPITRAF2 standard,theload-bearing capacityof the78-175and 180-175 non-standardflanges wascalculated basedonthecriterionof leakage,and multipleworking conditionson the line set wereverifiedandanalyzed,supplementingand improvingthedesign methodof175MPaflangesealing forUHPwellhead athome andabroad.Theresultsshowthatthe175MPaUHPflangedesignedhas goodsealing reliability,andthecorrectness of thedesignisverifiedbysealing testsand gasket deformation measurements.Theinfluenceofcompositeloadon flange sealing performance based on leakage criterion is further revealed.
