醚对有机胺BHEP水溶液相变吸收 SO2 的影响

Abstract: In order to reduce the energy consumption in SO2capture by organic amine,a new phase change absorbent - N , N′ - bis(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine(BHEP)and ether aqueous solution was developed. The impacts of 12 types of ethers with diferent carbon chain lengths,atom number ratios of carbon to oxygen (C/O)and molecular structure on the phase change absorption of SO 2 were investigated. The results show that the carbon chain length of ether has little impact on phase separation. Higher C/O and logP values of ether and stronger hydrophobicity can resultineasierphaseseparation.Additionaly,thestructureof ethersignificantlyaffects itsdistribution intwophases.Theresults indicate that higher content of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(DEGBE)leads to shorter phase transition time,smaller lower phase volume fraction and lesser distribution mass rates of DEGBEand H2O in lower phase.The distribution mass fractionsof SO2 , H2 SO and BHEP are almost unaffected by DEGBE concentration.With the increase of DEGBE concentration,both theabsorption capacityanddesorption rate initially increase and then diminishes,the cyclic capacity is slightly reduced,and the energy consumption for regeneration first decreases and then increases.The regeneration energy consumption is reduced by 22.91%after the presence of 20% mass fraction of DEGBE. 13C NMR and 1H NMR indicate that there is a significant polarity difference between ether,amine,and amine salt in the solution,which is the mainreason for the liquid-liquid phase transition.The resultscan provide a reference for the development of drainage SO2 phase change absorber.
