提高PEMFC阴极性能的类波结构流道设计

Abstract:The performance proton exchange membrane fuel cels(PEMFC)is closely related to the transport reactants water management in the flow field.Four wave structure flow channels were designed to improve the masstransfer water removal capacity PEMFC by drawing symmetrical waveform function curves, the water vapordistributionnet powerdensity diferent wave-like flow structures were analyzed by numerical simulation.Theresults show thatthe performance the wave-like flow channel is improved byfrequent airflowdisturbance compared with the traditional channel.The mass transfer capacity the flow channel with the waveform y= ∣0.4sin(2x)∣ is increased by 16.2% at the maximum,while the water removal capacity the flow channel with the waveform y=∣0.4sin(x)∣ is increased by 33.78% at the maximum.In terms net power density,the four different waveform channels have the maximum increase 0.81% , 3.38% , 5.64% 8.12% compared with the traditional channel,respectively.
