【Abstract】Asan important part of school education,physical exercise notonly plays akey role in enhancing students'physical fitnes,but also hasanimpactontheir psychological health.Thispaperanalyzed the effcts of diffrent physical exercise modes on college students' mental health to provide theoretical basisand practical guidance for promoting students' mental health development.
