【Abstract】 Group interactive reading is an approach that utilizes selected books as a medium to promote physical and mental well-being and provide auxiliary therapythrough group-based interactions.Bydeeply integrating the strengths oftraditional bibliotherapy and groupcounseling,itnotonly maximizes educational value butalsohelps collge students deepenself-awareness,gain social support,and holistically enhance psychological literacy.Against the backdrop of China'songoing eforts to advance psychological education in higher education,universities must emphasize the six distinctive features of Group Interactive Bibliotherapy in mental health education: value-driven orientation,acessibility,diverse formats,systematicscientificrigor,interactivesupport,andducationalefficacy. To fullyleverage these features,institutionsshouldactivelydevelopan "integrated five-dimensional implementation pathway",including strengthening platform infrastructure,building professional expertise,adopting precision-based educational models,establishing collaborative education mechanisms,and implementing multi-dimensional outcome evaluations.This pathway willenhance the relevance and efectiveness of mental health education in universities, address students'psychological challenges,foster personal growth,and elevate the overallmental health standardsof college students
