【Abstract】Intolerance of Uncertainty （IU），recognized as a transdiagnostic cognitive characteristic underlying various psychological disorders，has drawn increasing atention forits impact on the mental healthof collge graduates during employment transitions.This critical period often triggersanxiety，fear，andothernegative emotions due to job-seeking pressures.However，current research in this area faces limitations such as outdated measurement tools，ambiguous conceptual boundaries，and non-representative samples.This paper synthesizes existing literature and proposes targeted recommendations and intervention strategies to address graduate employment challenges through the lens of IU.
