Relationship between psychological capital of college students and career selection efficacy

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the relationship between colege students' psychological capital and career selection eficacy.MethodsThe questionnaire survey method was used，with 5O2 collge students as the respondents，and the psychological capital scale and the career choice eficacy scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey，and the data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0.ResultsThe psychological capital of college students was in the upper middle level （120±10） ，the psychological capital level of male students was higher than that of female students （P<0.01） ，and the psychological capital of freshmen was higher than that of other three grades （ P <0.05）;College students' career selection efficacy was at the medium level （85±10） ，boys'career selection efficacy score was higher （P<0.001） ），freshmen，sophomoresand seniors'career selection efficacy was higher than junior students （P<0.05） ; There was a positive correlation between college students' psychological capital and career self-efficacy.Conclusion The levelof psychological capital and career selection effcacyof college students areon average above medium，andthe levelof psychological capital and career selection efficacy ofboysare higher than thatof girls onaverage.There is a close relationship between psychologicalcapital and career selection efficacyof college students.
