Abstract:Asacriticalengineringfacilityinofshoreoilgasfielddevelopment,jacketinvolesmulti-disiplinarycollbration, intensivecrosopationdolexprocestrol.Tergsisecttuliiesioalskctorsucht management,andtecologyoeettesysematicassessmentrequrementsforteissintheonsructioprogessoftejacketa dynamicquantitativeanalysisframeworkforriskswasconstructedbasedonthecriticalpathmethod(CPM).Amultidimensionalrisk factorlistwasstablsdbyskidentificatio.Accodingtoenalyisoftotalfloatndduratiosenstivityteimpactofiskets onkeynodesandoverallprogresswasquantified.Therisklevelwasassessedbycombiningtheprobabilityinfluencematrix.The feasibilityofthemethodwasverifiedwithajacketprojectintheSouthChinaSeaasaexample.Itisshownthatthismethodcan accuratelylcateighsorkprocesptizethepriorityofskresponsestrategiesandprovideasientificdecisioaking basis for risk control in marine engineering progress.
