Abstract:Toreducethepressrefluctuationcausedbythechangeofoilandgasspatial volumeduring theoperationofixedroofoil tanksinoilandgasgatherngandtransferingstatios,acomparativestudyascaridoutoecalulatiomethodsforairowofthe oiltank breathingvalve.ThediferencebetweecalculationmodelsunderstandardsincludingSH/T30O7:2O14,APISTD0:2014, HPIS-G-103:1997,andOilDepotDesignandManagement wasanalyzedsystematicall.Thechangeruleofairfowcalculationresults underdiferentstandadsasrevealedbyumericalsimulatiooftypicalworkingconditios.Theresultsshowthatwhenthefashpont is ,the calculation result of the exhaled air flow under the HPIS-G-1O3 standard is 8.7 % -12.4%higher than that of other standards.When the flash point is >40 (20 ,the calculation result under API STD 2OOO is the largest.There isa significant linear positive correlationbetwen tank volumeandairflow.Thecalculateddeviationofbreathing valvediameterbetwee thefourstandards is ⩽3.3% : The research findings provide atheoretical basis for the optimal design of oil tank breathing systems.
