Abstract:AnovelLGultralowtemperatureregulatingbuteflyalvehasbenesigedfeaturinganomialpressureratigofAI Class150andanoperating temperature extendingdown to-196℃.This studyencompasses structural designoptimizationofsealing andcoectionmchanism,sellasaterialslctionandmanufacturingprocessimprovemetsforpivotalomponentseesign incorporatesadouble-ofsetstructuretostreamlinetheflowpathandreduceoperatingtorque.Aninovativemulti-layercomposite sealingsystem,tegatingetalsalingithflexblegapitesalingisdvelodtosuresalingeliabilityinygeicodiio. The primarypresure-bearingcomponentsaremanufacturedfromASTMA351Gr.CF8Mausteniticstainlessstel,withryogenic treatmentapliedtoenhancelow-temperature toughnessLow-temperatureenvironmentaltestsandperformancevalidationof the prototypedemonstratethattheuterflvalveexibitshghcontroleficiencyandreliablityiLNGoperatingconditions.Tesearch findings provide theoretical support and practical guidance forthe localization of critical LNG equipment.
