Abstract：This paper constructedacarbon emision mechanism modelforanoilfeldsurface production systemfroma wholelife cycle perspective.Themodelanalyzedthecarbonmetabolismlawofoilextraction，gatheringanddistribution，procesing，storage，and transportation，whilealsoconsideringdiferencesacrossvariousproductionphasesandcalculationmethods.Thestudyrevealsthatfuel combustion，procssemissons，irecteissors，ndfugitivelaksconstitutethefouraincarbonsoueswithinoilfeldsface engineering.Themodel'svaliditywasverifiedusingthepumpingunitsystemintheDqing SeventhOilProductionPlantasatypical case.Furthermore，acombinedemissionreductionschemewasproposed，includingpermanentmagnetdirect-driveequipment retrofiting，ntelltteitingooldigialakngschinpideial oilfieldenterprisestoformulatecarbonemisionreductionstrategiesandoffera technicalpathwayforthegreenandlow-carbon transformationofoilfieldsurfaceproductionsystems，therebyfacilitatingtheimplementationofthenational“carbonpeakigand carbon neutrality”strategy.
