Abstract：[Objective]The studyaimstofullunderstandtheimplementationeffectof theagricultural industrystandard NY/T1107-2O2，Water-soluble macronutrient fertilizersandtheproblemsexisting intheimplementation proes，and further improve theproduct standards system of water-soluble fertilizers.[Methods]The evaluation index system is established with three levelsand24 indicators fromtheaspectsof standard technicalcontent，implementationprocess andimplementation efect.Thequestionnaire survey was conducted among productionandsales enterprises，registration management departments，qualityinspection institutions，agricultural technology promotionunits，scientificresearch institutes and schools as well as product users.The Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）was used to calculate the weight coefficientsand analyze thesurveydata.[Results]All24 third-level indicatorsand10second-level indicators reached thefirst-levelassessment grade.Theoverall implementation efect assessmentscore was 0.884，reaching the first-level assessment grade.[Conclusions] This standard is in line with industrial policies，coordinated with currenttechnical regulationsandstandards，andhasreachedthelatesttechnologicallevel.The technicalrequirementsareinlinewiththe actual management situationof enterprises and adapt to thecurrent regulatory level.The implementationof the standard has achieved significant economic，social and ecological benefits and should continue to be implemented.
