Fusion and Completion Method for Data of Unified Social Credit Code Driven by D-S Evidence Theory

Abstract：[Objective]Thestudyaims toimprove theoveralleficiencyandcredibilityofthecreditsystem，andproposesa method ofcompletingthe missingdataof theunified social creditcode.[Methods]Meancalculation，regressionanalysis， K-nearestneighbors，random forest，NGboost etc.areused tocomplete the misingdata.Thestudyrandomlydeletes part oftheattributedata fromthecompletedata，using thedatacompletionaccuracyofdifferentalgorithmsastheircredibility. Thecredibilityof diferentalgorithmsandtheir completion data valuesare fused to formthe finalcompletiondata values through theevidence theory.[Results]The proposed methodcancombine theadvantages ofdiferentcompletion algorithms and quantifythecredibilityof thefinal completion data.[Conclusion] The proposed method can improve the completenessand accuracyof theunified social creditcodedata effectively，and further enhance the effectiveness and reliability of the credit system.
