Abstract：[Objective] The studyaims to conduct acomparativeanalysis of the developmentand evolutionof standard digitalizationattheinternational level，studyitsdevelopment trendsandcharacteristics，and providereferenceand guidance for theimplementationofstandarddigitalizationwork inChina.[Methods]Firstly，fromtheperspectiveof time， acomprehensivereviewofthedigital evolution processofthe SMARTstandard isconducted inthe aspects suchas the proposal oftheSMARTstandardconcept，theclasificationoflevels，andthepromotionofprojects.Secondlyfromapatial perspective，thepaper summarizes the keypointsoftheoreticalresearchand practical workonthe standard digitalization atthe international，regionalandnationallevels，andconductsomparativeanalysis.Resuts]Itanalyzesandummaizes threetredsinthedevelopmentofstandarddigitalization，andputsforwardthreeworksuggestionsincombinationwiththe curent situationofstandard digitalization in China.[Conclusion] China should drawon internationaladvanced experience， establishtheconceptsystemofstandarddigitalizationassoonasposible，continuouslybreak through thecore technologies forthedevelopmentofstandarddigitalization，andintensifythecutivationofteindustrialapplicationecosystemofstandard digitalization.
