（1.China Certification&Acreditation Institute; 2.ChineseAcademyof AgriculturalMechanizationSciences Group Co， Ltd.; 3.Beijing Zhongdian Feihua Telecommunication Co.，Ltd.，State Grid Information & Communication Industry Group） Abstract：[Objective]The internationalizationof standards is bothaneconomicactivityanda social phenomenon with political atributes.Its development is driven by both productive forces and production relations，and inturn actson both，forming a dialecticaland unified dynamic relationship.[Methods]Inthecontextof economic globalization，from the perspectiveofhistorical materialism，the paperdiscusses thespecificconcept，theoretical logic，historicallogic and practical pathof internationalizationof standards.[Results] It analyzes theprocessofChina’s internationalizationof standard fromtheearlyadoptionof the international standardssystem tothe formulationofrelevantlawsandregulations， and points outthelack of initiativeconsciousnessof domestic institutionsand enterprises.[Conclusion]It gives the practical path which isconducive to the internationalizationof standards，and provides a practical solutionfor the development of internationalization of standards in China.
