Abstract：[Objective] The study aims to analyze the standardization requirements of data sharing and application in the digital transformation of market regulation in the Yangtze River Delta region，accelerate the standardized development of common digital capabilities in the market regulation system，and support the construction of aunified，open，and orderlyregional market in the YangtzeRiver Delta.[Methods]This studysystematically examines the current status and challnges of digital transformation and data sharing in market regulation in the Yangtze River Delta region.Through necessity analysis of standardization，it proposes the development and implementation of relevant standards and envisions their expected effects.[Results]The research reveals that unified data-sharing standards can significantly enhance sharing efficiency，promote data interoperability，and ensure data security，providing robust data support for integrated market regulation in the Yangtze River Delta. [Conclusion] This paper proposes a local standard for the Yangtze River Delta region，“Specification for DataSharing and Application in Market Regulation".Its efective implementation willnot only boost the modernization of marketregulationin theregion but alsooffer valuable insights for the digital transformation of marketregulation nationwide.
