观赏芍药花瓣提取物抗氧化活性评价

ABSTRACT:Inorder to clarifythe antioxidant propertiesof Paeonia lactifloraextracts in Jiangsuand Zhejiang regions, thecontentsof totalphenolsandtotalflavonoids in26common cultivarsof ornamental Paeonia lactiflora weredetermined and the antioxidant activity invitroand invivo(C.elegans))was evaluated.Theresults showed that there were significant diferences inthecontentsoftotalphenolicsandtotalflavonoidsinthepetalextractsof26cultivarsofPaeona lactiflora. The content of total phenolics in Hongyanzhenghui was the highest,which was 182.52mg⋅g-1 . The contents of total flavonoids in Hongyanzhenghui and Danfeng were the highest,which were 29.51 and 29.54mg⋅g-1 ,respectively. The crude extract of Hongyanzhenghui petals showed the strongest 1,1 -diphenyl-2-picrylhyd-razyl (DPPH) and 2,2′ -azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid(ABTS)free radical scavenging ability,the EC5ovalues were 5.53 and 140. 90μg⋅mL-1 , respectively. Zhaoyuanfen and Jiangshanruhua had the weakest scavenging ability on DPPH and ABTSfree radicals.There was a significant positivecorrelation between total phenols and total flavonoids.Thecontents of total phenolsand totalflavonoids were significantly negativelycorrelated with DPPHand ABTS EC5O values.In the oxidative stress model of C . elegans constructed with juglone,the flavonoid extract of Hongyanzhenghui petals (PPF, 50μg⋅mL-1 ) could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in C.elegans and alleviate lipid peroxidation caused by oxidative stress.
