福建部分地区犬细小病毒的检测与遗传进化分析

ABSTRACT: In order to understand the main epidemic trends and molecular evolution characteristics ofcanine parvovirus in some areas ofFujian province,this study detected canine parvovirus indog feces colectedfrom 20l9 to 2022.The VP2 ful-length geneof the positive samples wassequenced,and then the genetic evolution analysis was performed.The results showed that 147 out of 217 samples were positive for canine parvovirus and the infection rate was 67.74% . Thirtyone strains of CPV-2c ( 75.61% ),8 strains of New CPV-2a ( 19.51% )and 2 strains of New CPV-2b (4.88% )were identified.CPV-2c was the main subtype of canine parvovirus circulating in some areas of Fujian province from 2019 to 2022.Phylogenetic analysis revealed7amino acid mutations in the isolated strains.The strains belonged to the same branch with theepidemic strainsof subtypes in China from 2008 to 2022,andhadahigh genetic relationship.The strains werefar from the strains isolated in the United States,Japan and Italy,and had obvious regional characteristics.This study enriches the genomic information database ofcanine parvovirus,and provides acertain reference for monitoring the variation of canine parvovirus,regional epidemic trend and vaccine development.
