Abstract：Againstthebackdropofruralrevitalization，thisarticleexplorestheconstructionofacultivationsystemforrural medicalcraftsmenunderthe"threepromotionsandoneshaping"strategyfocusingonthechalengesofthediscontinuityinthe inheritanceofuralmedicalcaftsmanshipskillsandinsuicientmarketcompetitivenessroughthefour-dimensionallinkagef promotingtrainingthroughcourses，promotinglearningthroughactions，promotinginnovationthroughcreativity，andshapingthe digitalliteracyofruraledicalfmenwitehancetheiprofessioalskils，inovatiocapablities，nddigialliteacy andprovideareplicablepracticalpath forcultivatingrural medicalcraftsmenunderthestrategyofruralrevitalization.
