乡村振兴背景下地方农业院校毕业生就业赋能路径探究

Abstract：Agriculturalcollgesanduniversitiesshouldertheimportanttaskofdeliveringvariousprofessonaltalentsforrural revitalization.TheemploymentqualityofgraduatesisdirectlyrelatedtotheimplementationofteRuralRevitalizationStrategy. ThispaperselectstheScholofAnimal SciencesofShanxiAgricultural Universityasatypicalcasetodeeplyanalyzethe effectivepathsofagriculturalcolegesanduniversitiesinpromotingtheemploymentofgraduates，expoundstheimportanceof employmentwork，andanalyzestheemploymentsituationofagriculturalcollegestudentsandthemanychallengestheyface. Basedothesefindings，thestudyproposesaseriesoftargetedandpracticalsolutions.Toachievehigh-qualityemploymentfor graduates，agiculralcegesustdoptaultimesioalaproachintegatingieologicalgdance，professioaltatio resourceconsolidation，andpersonalizedsupport.Bydoingso，theycancomprehensivelyenhancegraduatesemployabilty，drive thehigh-qualitydvelopmentofmploymentinitiatiesinagriculturalinstitutions，andcultivateorehighlyskilldproioals for the cause of rural revitalization.
