Abstract:AdvancedPlantPhysiologyisanelectivecourseforgraduatestudents.ByincorporatingtheO-AMASteaching modelintothecoursebasedonitscharacteristics,anddesigningideologicalandoliticaleducationwithinthecuriculumitnot onlypracticestheOBE(Outcomes-BasedEducation)teachingphilosophybutalsofulflltheroleof"cultivatingvirtuethrough specializedknowledge"inprofessionalcourses.Thisteachingmethodnotonlylivensuptheclasroomatmosphere,increases studentparticipation,stimulatesstudentsintrinsicmotivationforlearning,butalsoenhancestheirlearningeficiency,thus effectivelyachievingthecourseobjectives.Thoughtheaplicationofthismodelinideologicalandpoliticaleducationwithithe course,rigorousscientificatitudes,dialecticalthinking,andcoresociaistvaluesareintegratedintotheteachingofspecialized knowledge,playing a significant role in nurturing students.
