Abstract：ThispapertakesBaotinVillge，YongxiuCounty，JiangxiProvinceakeyvillgeforruralrevitalization determined bytheprovince during the"14th Five-YearPlan"astheresearchobject.Basedontheunique perspectiveof village-basedassstanc，andusingsienticmetodsofprtipatorobseationandindepthintervieststetialy anddeeplyanalyzesthemulti-dimensionalpracticalpathsofhevilage-basedteaminorganizationalrestructuring，inustrial activation，governanceinnovationandpeople'sliveliodsecurity.Researchrevealedthatthevilage-basedteamsuccessfuly promoted the collective income of Baotian Village to increase by 343% through theinnovative "four-dimensional linkage" assistancemodel.Basedonthis，thispaperinnovativelyproposesavillge-basedasistancemechanismof"party-building leadership-resourceactivation-governanceempowerment-people'slivelihodcoverage"，aimingtoprovideasetofreplicableand generalizable practical paradigms for similar areas.
