Abstract：Withtheadvancementof technology，machinetranslationplaysanimportantroleinpromotingcross-language communicationandisusedinmanyfields.ThisstudytakesChineseagriculturalscienceandtechnologytextsastheobjectand usesDepLasatranslationtoltoexploremachinetranslationerrorsinsuchtexts，highlightingtheimportanceofposttranslatioeditinginoptimizingthequalityofmachinetranslation.Theresearchaimstoanalyzethediferencesbetwenmachine translationandmanualeditingtranslation，andproposethreemajorpost-translationeditingprinciples：acuracy，consistencynd aplicability.Throughcomparativecaseanalysis，theproblemsexistinginmachinetranslationarerevealedfromthelexical， syntacticandtextuallevels，andcorespondingpost-translationeditingstrategiesareproposed.Theresearchresultsshowthat post-translationeditingcaneectivelycorectmachinetranslationerrorsandthecombinationofhuman-computerintranslation practicecanincreaseeficiencyandimprovequality，whichisconducivetopromotingtheintermationaldisseminationand exchange of agricultural science and technology texts.
