Optimization Method for Artistic Spatial Layout in Indoor Environments Based on Niche Genetic Algorithm

Abstract:Whenoptimizingtheartisticlayoutofindoor environmentspaceusing thestandardgeneticalgorithmtosolve thelayoutoptimizationschemeispronetofallingintolocalotialsoutions,rsultinginlowutilzatonrateoefectiveindooractivityspaceafr optimization.Therefore,theauthorproposes toapplythenichegeneticalgorithtodesignanewmethodforoptimingtheartisticly outofindoorevionmentspace.Relygondeepleangtechology,multitasksupervisedleaingnetworkstructureisostucted toanalyze theinputindorsceneimagesanddeterminethecurrentartisticlayoutoftheindoorenvironmentspace.Theutilizationrate offectiveindooractivityspaceisefinedasthekeyevauationindexofspacelayout,andacalculationmethodforspaceutilation rate is designedtoclarifythemaingoalsoflayoutoptimizatio.Startingfromthetwoobjectivesofthemaximumfuiturespacing distanceandthemaximumpersoelactivitystaeteectiunctnforotingthpatialartiscyoutisstabldaly thenichealgoritistroduceditotetadardgeneticalgorittoehaneteglobalsearhabilityoftealgorit,ndetal schemeforoptimizngtheartiticlayoutoftheindoorenvironmentspaceisobtaiedthroughtheniche geneticalgorithm.Theexperimentalresultsshowthaaftrtheappicationof tepropoedoptimzationmetod,theutilzatonrateofefectiveindooractivityspace increases to 55.36%
