Guo Mo-ruo' s Translation of "Ni Zhe NP" Construction in Literature

Abstract：Intheranslationsof"Faust”，“KingCoal”，and“TheJungle”，"NiZheNP”constructiofrequentlyappearsincharacterdialogues.GuoMuoaslikelynotentirelyunawareofitsisticfect，thoughhisunderstandinghadnotyteachedafullyoious level.rucialluepotecf“NZcostructioesdesinsuditoyimpactWioutacalvoalatioteocti appearingintedalogueoftanslatediteratureremainsinstateofsleceuabletofullymanifestitsexpreivepoweorgeiely stir GuoMo-ruo’saestheticsensibilities.GuoMo-ruo’susageandpereptionof“Ni ZheNP”constructionunderwentashiffroma visuall-centered toanaurally-centered perspective.Asheevoledfromapoettoaplaywight，culminating intheeaofcreatingthe historicalramaQu Yuan，GuoMo-ruoprogressivelymovedtowardsalistener-centeredappoach.Itwasbyfocusing on“sound"from the listener's perspective that he rediscovered the aesthetic essence of“Ni Zhe NP”construction.

郭沫若翻译文学经典众多，《茵梦湖》《鲁拜集》《少年维特之烦恼》《浮士德》等译本有口皆碑，翻译用语的表现形态非常庞杂，许多都可以称之为郭沫若式译语，在为数众多可供选择的语言对象中，笔者选择讨论“你这NP"构式，原因有三：第一，“你这NP”构式是被广泛讨论的郭沫若文学语言案例；第二，郭沫若翻译文学和文学创作中都很喜欢使用“你这NP”构式，通过这一语言构式可以见出郭沫若文学语言的译、作之间的相互影响与生成；第三，“你这NP”构式在古白话中就有，借此可以梳理郭沫若文学语言生成中的古今因素的融合及其演变。（剩余8066字）
