Abstract:In September 2O2O,China proposed the "dual carbon" strategy,aiming to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030andachievecarbon neutrality before 2O6O.Scrap steel is theonly renewable resource thatcan replace iron oresteelmaking,isenvironmentalyfriendly,andcanberecycledmultiple times.Withtheaccelerationof industrial transformation and upgrading,the consumption of scrap steel in steel smelting has also rapidly increased.Under the guidance of the "dualcarbon" goal,Hegang Xuangang has transformedand upgraded tobuild anew preheating melting furnace forscrapsteel, which requires theexternal collction of scrap steel. Inorderto ensure product quality,reduce production costs,improve production eficiency,control costs,and cooperate with new process equipment, Xuangang's control center,basedon the functional requirements of the factory,reasonablyplans network coverage,configures hardware quantities,designs software functions,and develops an intelligent scrap grading production management system.

熔融炉的废钢来源复杂、种类繁多、料型不一,废钢定级作业环境也较为恶劣,原有定级主要靠质检员肉眼识别,质检员劳动强度大、作业风险高,人为因素导致判级结果距离标准化差距较大,且难以量化。(剩余3195字)
