Abstract：Thisarticleanalyzes theimpactof heat treatmentontheperformanceof constructionmachinery blades.It describes the key heat treatment methods （annealing， normalizing，quenching，and tempering）and the impact of process parameters （temperature，holding time，and coling rate）on theresults.Experiments arethenconducted to investigate theefctsofheat treatmentonbladehardness，toughness，wearresistance，andmicrostructure.Finalybasedoncase studies，the performancerequirements ofblades indiferentapplicationscenariosarediscussed，andempirical insights and optimization recommendations for heat treatment applications are presented.
