Abstract:The rotating mechanism of the large armof the blast furnace tapping machine is driven byahydraulic cylinder,with a force arm length of 5.6 m,a weight of 32 t,and a working rotation angle of 120∘ . Due to the large momentofinertiaanddasticchangesinexternalloads,therotationalspeedisoutofcontrol,esultinginsevereimpact anddamage to the bodyandblast furnaceshel.Byadinga mechanical limitdevice,the mechanical signal is converted intoanelectricalsignal throughaproximityswitchand thentransmitedtothecomputer.Itisthenadjustedbyaprogram andtransmitted totheproportional valve,reducing theopening ofthe proportional valveandreducing theflowrate to the rotating hydrauliccylinderof the ironopening machine.Ultimately,the speedof theopening machinearmrotation is sloweddown toachieve buffering.Notonlydoes itprotecttheequipment,butitalsosaves thecostof spare parts, ensuring the normal production of the blast furnace.
