Abstract：Inthe pellet production line，processes such as concentrate drying，peletizing，and temperature control of thechain-grate machine-rotarykiln-ring coolerare importantlinks inthe productionof high-qualitypellet ore.In the process of producing high-grade pellet ore，through the optimization of processessuch as concentrate drying，pelletizing，and the chain - grate machine-rotary kiln -ring cooler，the improvement of pelet quality and the reasonable matching of the temperatures of the drying first stage，drying second stage，preheating first stage，and preheating second stage inthechain-grate roasting chamberareachieved.Byreasonablyadjusting the naturalgas flow of the main gun of the rotary kiln，the proportion of internal and external airin the combustion - supporting air， adjusting and matching therotationspeedsof the main exhaustfanandtheheat-resistantfan，adjusting the material distribution thicknessoftheringcooler，efectivelyutilizingthereturnhotairoftheringcoler，andexploringthereasonableroasting temperature insidetherotary kiln，high-gradepelletorethat meets therequirements ofthegas-based shaftfurnace is produced through the exploration and optimization of each process link.

气基竖炉所需要的高品位球团矿通过链篦机-回转窑产线生产，张宣科技球团公司为了生产满足气基竖炉所需的高品质球团矿，通过对循环物料氧化铁皮的物化性能的研究，实现氧化铁皮在球团生产过程中的稳定配加，进一步提高了链篦机烟罩温度，干燥一段、干燥二段、预热一段、预热二段温度梯度更加合理，对造球固定刮刀及加水管的优化改造，改善了生球质量，对环冷机密封及环冷机布料厚度的优化后，有效减少环冷机的漏风，环冷机回热风得到有效利用，实现了高品位球团矿质量的提升，生产出的高品位球团矿能够满足气基竖炉所需球团矿质量要求。（剩余3162字）
