Abstract:Theradiator singlesection isoneof thecore componentsof thecoling system of diesellocomotive.The frequent waterleakage of the radiator single leads tothe heat generated during the operationof the locomotive can’ t (204号 beeffectivelydisipated,whichafectstheworking temperatureof thediesel engineandothercriticalparts.Through operationdata and field detection,the long-term leakage mechanismof radiator single sectioncaused by anticorrosive defects,depositionofcorrosivesubstances inwaterqualityandthe limitations of traditional repair isstudied.Amodular disassembly method,plasmacutting to thoroughlyclean rust,custom patch weldingand strict hydraulic pressure test is proposed to solve the hidden danger of pipeline corrosion and deformation.The risk ofcomponent scrapping is avoided, theannual maintenancecostofdiesellocomotiveisreduced,andtheonlineutilizationrateissignificantlyimproved. Thistechnologynotonlythroughthespatiallimitationandshort-termefectoftraditional maintenance,butalso fits in withthe concept of greenmaintenance.It provides anoptimized modelforthe maintenance of thecooling system diesel locomotive in industrial and mining enterprises,and has dual values ofreducing operationcost and extending equipment life.
