Abstract：Inthemineralprocessing technology，theperformanceoftheallmillhasasignificantimpactonproduction effciencyandeconomicbenefits.Thispaper focuseson thehollowshaftflling technologyoftheballmill，and elaborates in detail itspriciplepplicationprocess，practicalefectivenes，keypintsofualityontrol，andconmicbeits. This technology fills the gap between the hollow shaft neck and the inner sleeve with epoxy resin backing glue， efectivelysolving problems suchasslurry entryand prolonging the service lifeof the mill.Through examples，its repair advantages aredemonstrated，thequalityisstrictlycontroled，andtheapplicationvalueishighlightedthrougheconomic calculations.Research shows thatthistechnologyisof greatsignificanceforthestableoperationof theballmill，has high promotion potential，and helps mining enterprises toreduce costs，increase eficiency，andachievesustainable development.
