Abstract：The Lion-head Gooseis originally produced in Chaoshan area and is known as“the king of goose inthe world".Itssizeis large，growth speed is fast and economic valueis high.Lion-head Gooseeggs have the characteristics oflarge size，hard shelland thick shell membrane，and the hatching process is special.Aiming atthe problems of temperature control， humidity management， ventilation exchange， egg turning frequency，egg illumination time and technique of hatching，aseries of technical points and parameters were put forward inorder to improve hatching rate and healthy rateof Lion-head Goose eggs.Provide scientific guidance for breeders，thereby enhancing economic and social benefits.
