快大型马冈鹅早期生长曲线拟合及体重与体尺性状的相关性分析

Abstract:To investigate the early growth patterns of fast - growing Magang geese,this study employed three nonlineargrowth curve models(Logistic,Gompertz,andVonBertalanffy)toanalyzethebodyweightsof64 fastgrowing Magang geese(130males and134 females)from1 to90days ofage.Additionally,a correlationanalysis was conducted between bodyweightandvariousbodymeasurementsat7Odaysofage.Theresultsrevealed thatthe Logistic model was the optimal growth curve model for male geese,with an R2 value of 0.998.The inflection point for male geese occurred at 39.9 days,with a corresponding body weight of 2 272.05g ,and the estimated mature weight was4 434.85 g.For female geese,the best-fitting model was the Gompertz model ( R2=0.999 ),with an inflection point at 31.5 days,an inflection point weight of 1 564.31 g ,and a mature weight of 3 888.3O g. A significant positive correlation ( P<0.05 )was observed between body weight and body measurements at 7O days of age,with shank circumferencedemonstrating thestrongestcorrlation.Therefore,itisrecommended thatshank circumferencebeused as areference for early weight selection in fast-growing Magang geese.Tooptimize theearly growth potential of both maleand femalegeese,itis suggested that malegeese should receiveenhancednutritional levels duringthe first40 days of age,while female geese should be provided with adequate nutrition during the first 32 days of age.
