米林藏鸡禽白血病的监测与分析

Abstract:To explore the detection effctofdiferent detection methodsand the feasibilityof thecombinationof avian leukemia virus(ALV) infection andAL purification,the study in chicken,using ALV p27 antigen ELISA methodandALV-JPCR nucleicacid detection method,from2020to 2024 atotalof1333randomlycollctedwhole blood samples forALVdetection analysis.The results showedthat in Tibetan chickens,thepositiverate of ALV p27 antigen ELISA testwas 15.42% ,ALV-JPCR nucleic acid test was 2.49 % .The total positive rate of the two detection methods was 17.23% ,among which only 3 individuals were positive for the two detection methods,accounting for (204号 3.95% of the total positive individuals.In addition,sinceAL purification in 2O2O to 2O24,theAL positive rate of milinTibetan chickensdecreased from 17.23% to Obetween 2O2O and 2024. The results show that there are mixed infectionofALV-Jsubgroupandothersubgroups intheflock;thecombinationofthe two methodscangreatlyimprove theALVdetectionrateandcan providereferencefor theactual purification work;theALpurificationofmilin Tibetan chickengroup issignificant,which basicallrealizes theeffectivecontrolofALintheflock,whichcanprovidedata support for the AL prevention and control purification of this species.
