Abstract:Wheat is thesecond largest food crop in theworld,ranking third in China.Thecrude protein and crudefibercontentof wheat bran produced byitsby-product processing ishigher,andtheavailableenergyvalueis slightlylowerthanthatofcorn,which isoneoftheimportant energyfeedraw materials.However,duetothedifferent sources,processing methodsandanti-nutrition factors,the nutritional valueof wheat bran is very different,which restricts its feedingvalue.Therefore,thispapermainlyreviewedthediferencesofnutritionalcomponentsof diffrent wheat bran,the available energy and amino acid digestibilityof pigs and their applications in pig production.
